Refugee Resettlement
Refugee and Immigrant Services and Education (RAISE) is a local resettlement agency based out of Joplin, Missouri. RAISE falls under the jurisdiction of the Missouri Office of Refugee Administration (MO-ORA) and is an affiliate of Lutheran Immigrant and Refugee Services (LIRS).
RAISE provides a variety of key services and programs for its clients.
